For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $75 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7. This is a private ADU located at the rear of the property. Another resident resides in the main house but is not accessible through the unit - your space is fully self-contained with its own private entrance.
