Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. Please treat the home and its furnishings with care. A $25 charge will apply for stains on items. A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items. These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. Mahalo for your understanding! And, For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $150 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $200 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional turnover services are available upon request.
