You'll have full access to the house, garage, driveway, and available guest parking. Take a stroll through the beautifully maintained grounds or head just minutes away to the nearby lagoons and walking paths of Ko Olina. Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. Please treat the home and its furnishings with care. A $25 charge will apply for stains on items. A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items. These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. Mahalo for your understanding! And, For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $150 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $200 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional turnover services are available upon request.
