If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. Please treat the home and its furnishings with care. A $25 charge will apply for stains on items. A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items. These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. Smoking or Vaping in any areas on the property (including in Elevators) will result in a $250 fine. This is a building policy, not a HiCoastal policy and so the building will charge this fee if guests are observed violating this policy. Photos and Camera footage will be provided by the building to back up any claims of vaping on the property. (including Elevators).
